There could be multiple reasons for Account Level Reserve. For instance, an order for $30 incurred a chargeback and an order having $20 A-to-z Guarantee Claim could result in $50 in total reserve.

Issues will Seller Performance
On Amazon, you have to keep your account health good. You can find the current level of your account health using seller central menu Performance -> Account Health. There might be some dip in your performance
Unexpected change in your sales or account activity
Amazon may reserve funds for the orders that have estimated delivery time longer than your settlement period. Additionally, Amazon may reserve the funds if they will notice any unexpected change in your sales or account level activities.
You have received a chargeback
Another reason for the reserve is any chargebacks from the transactions that happened in last 90 days. Amazon will release the reserve after the processing of chargeback.
There is an open A-to-Z Guarantee Claims
Amazon will also reserve the amount when there will be an open A-to-z Guarantee claim. It could take up to 14 days to resolve, but It will be released after the claims are processed.
You might have some tax liability
Based on your tax registration status, Amazon may reserve the funds that are enough to cover your tax liability.
